ESAMI-trapca has over 17 years of experience as a centre of excellence in capacity building on trade policy, trade law, trade facilitation, regional integration and trade finance. In pursuit of excellence, the premier institution leverages effective partnerships, networking, effective governance, and operational efficiency to realize results. To this end, ESAMI-trapca has a local faculty based in Arusha, Tanzania, and a pool of competent experts on trade to undertake capacity-building assignments.  As a highly specialised trade policy, trade law and trade facilitation training and advisory institution, ESAMI-trapca has managed to make the institution a place where trade personnel from LDCs and low-income countries meet and share experiences on how to engage in the context of the multilateral, regional and bilateral trading systems. In this regard, ESAMI-trapca has over the years trained officials from over 49 African Countries at various levels.
